Once connected .. you'll receive the 1-year membership. If you connect it to an account that previously had a Whoop band .. you will not get the 1-year membership. This is Whoop’s policy and is unfortunately out of our control.

Note: During the pairing process .. the Whoop app will ask you to enter a credit card.

Why is a card required? Simply so Whoop knows you have a valid payment method ready once the free 1-year membership ends.

The card you enter must have available funds .. but don’t worry—no charges will be made.

If the card is declined during setup .. try another card or make sure there’s enough balance.

The band includes a 1-year membership.

After that .. you’ll need a subscription renewal at 30 USD per month.
